Greensburg - The Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra will perform "Kudos, Markou!" at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Palace Theatre, 21 W. Otterman St. The repertoire will be Johann Strauss' "Voices of Spring"; Glazunov's "Spring"; Mozart's "Piano Concierto No. 21, featuring Gleb Ivanov; Copland's "Appalachian Spring"; and von Suppe's "Morning, Noon & Night in Vienna."
