The 17th annual Pittsburgh Jewish Israeli Film Festival continues at the SouthSide Works Cinema and, where noted, other venues:

2 p.m.: "Yoo-Hoo, Mrs. Goldberg" - Affectionate documentary about TV pioneer Gertrude Berg. Galleria, Mt. Lebanon.

7:30 p.m.: "Mrs. Moskowitz and the Cats" - A terrible fall and hospitalization transform the life of a retired French teacher. In Hebrew with subtitles.

9:15 p.m.: "Protektor"- Psycho-thriller about an actress and her radio journalist-husband. In Czech with subtitles.

Noon: "Maharal" - Three children join a charismatic treasure-seeker in search of Prague's mythical Golem and the legendary Stone of the Sages. In Czech with subtitles. August Wilson Center for African American Culture, Downtown.

1:30 p.m.: "Against the Tide" - Documentary about Zionist firebrand Peter Bergson.

3:45 p.m.: "Hey, Hey, It's Esther Blueburger" - Comedy about a weird teen and an effortlessly cool girl she befriends.

6 p.m.: "Saviors in the Night" - Drama about German farmers in Westphalia who risked their lives to hide a Jewish family. In German and French with subtitles.

8 p.m.: "Nora's Will" - Dark comedy about a woman who plans a perfect Passover Seder before committing suicide. In Spanish and Hebrew with subtitles.

8 p.m.: "For My Father" - A Palestinian, forced on a suicide mission in Tel Aviv to redeem his father's honor, is given a second chance when his explosive vest fails to detonate. In Hebrew with subtitles. CMU's McConomy Auditorium.

TUESDAY

7 p.m.: "Breaking Upwards" - A young, real-life Manhattan couple strategize their breakup. Director and star to talk after movie aimed at 21- to 35-year-olds. Pittsburgh Filmmakers' Melwood Screening Room. Admission, $5.

7:30 p.m.: "Saviors in the Night" - See above. Carmike 15, Westmoreland Mall.

Festival tickets: $9 general admission; $8 for patrons 65 and older and students with valid IDs; $7 for groups of 12 or more, purchased in advance; $5 for patrons 18 and younger.
