An argument led to a pedestrian being struck by a car along the Parkway East in Edgewood this morning.

State police said three people were arguing in a car when one of the passengers, a 36-year-old woman from North Versailles, exited the vehicle and began walking along the road. She was hit by another car driven by a 27-year-old woman from Pittsburgh around 3:10 a.m.

The pedestrian was taken to UPMC Presbyterian with minor to moderate injuries, police said.

Police did not identify any of those involved in the incident.
